Living Gods of India

Living Gods of India

There are various levels of judiciary in India different types of courts have different styles of judges. They also form a strict hierarchy of importance, in line with the order of the courts in which they sit, with Supreme Court of India at the top, followed by High Courts of respective states with district judges sitting in District Courts and Magistrates of Second Class and Civil Judge (Junior Division) at the bottom. It is said that India’s judicial system is one of the best among world. It is refined form of other fine judicial systems all over the world like US, Ireland, UK and France since inherits the fine properties all those systems.

As an Indian even I am not surprised with series or scam and corruptions, I couldn’t lament over the new scams and allegations about former Supreme Court chief justice Konakuppakatil Gopinathan Balakrishnan. Now the agonistic question arises in my thoughts are whom should I trust in a country where the fidelity and integrity of top most judicial system is under doubt.

The Court is the final word of justice for at least for an average common man for this second most populated country of 1.18 million people. As it provides justice for it citizens it is the God for the common men of India. As a matter of fact these judges became living gods as they are the managers of this business. None of them are reincarnation of lord Vishnu of great Indian doctrine nor have they passed the ordeal by fire as Sita did.

Now lets us look at the current scheme of selection of judges in the in this country. An average advocate who have 10 years practice can appear for the test for district courts. So that it is fair chance to get promotion from an ordinary advocate to the magnanimous pacifiers. Is all of these advocates are sanctified on attending an ordinary exam just like any other professional exam or all them are greathearted divine spirits they just born for providing justice for the poor, suffered and crucified masses. If the second option is the right one then the all the advocates of this country should be proclaimed as saints.

The Fire is a good servant but a bad master so we should have proper counter system to pore over the fidelity and morality of such posts other than waiting for their blood to come out. Other wise a common mans life just become a long story filled with sighs.
